a little less obvious.

01 / THINK

Find your edge

Think beyond capitals. Try a place you visited, a regional hub or a town with a familiar football club. Common local spellings and unambiguous one-letter typos are accepted.

Before you dive in.

Is this the official Krillion?

No. This is an independently built geography game, not affiliated with or endorsed by the original game. Our questions, answer bank, artwork and tier names are independently prepared.

How are answers scored?

Answers are divided into six tiers by recorded population within each country. Smaller settlements score higher. Population is a proxy for obscurity, not a measured player answer frequency.

Why was my answer not accepted?

The first bank covers selected cities and towns with recorded populations of at least 15,000. It is not exhaustive. Names and aliases come from the listed GeoNames snapshot. Use “Report a missing answer” to save a local report.

How does Unlimited work?

Each numbered game selects 7 questions. Share its link to replay the same question order. You can start a new game any time. Results stay in this browser.

Is this a free one in a krillion game?

Yes. This independent rare-answer game is free, with no payment or account. The daily edition has one set per UTC day; Unlimited has no daily limit.

Krillion Unlimited vs. the daily edition

The daily game gives everyone the same seven prompts for a UTC date. Unlimited lets you start another numbered game whenever you like. Both use the same independent answer bank.
